Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin-laminated metal plate excellent in heat resistance in coating after molding or in a printing baking process. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin-laminated metal plate 4 has a thermoplastic resin membrane 3 at least 0.4 μm in residual resin membrane thickness measured at 230 deg.C by thermomechanical analysis, 235 deg.C or below in melting point, and 60 μm or below in membrane thickness on the surface of a metal plate 4 of 0.7 μm or below surface roughness Ra to be at least the inner surface of a container. It is preferable that the surface roughness Ra of the membrane 3 is 0.20 μm or below, and the thermoplastic resin contains a polyester resin composition chiefly.
