Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool fixing device that can prevent abnormal abrasion of a tool holder and a holding member and can remove the tool holder easily. SOLUTION: A tool fixing device is provided with a female screw 11, at least two pressing parts 12, a holding member 10, holdout means 21, 16, an engaging means 2, and a lubricant oil supply means. The female screw part 11 is formed in ring and screwed into a male screw part 61 in a main shaft 60 at one end side of the inner surface. The pressing parts 12 are extended to a center at the other side. The holding member 10 holds the flange part 71 of a tool holder 70 between the end surface 12a in the female screw side of the pressing part 12 and the front end surface of a main shaft 60. The holdout means 21, 16 holdout the rotation of the holding member 10. The engaging means 2 is provided at the front end surface of the main shaft 60, engaged with an engaging part 73 established on the rear end surface of the tool holder 70, and rotated with the main shaft 60 to turn the tool holder 70. The lubricant oil supply means supplies lubricant oil to the end surface and an oil groove is formed on the end surface. The oil film in proper thickness is always formed on the end surface to prevent oil staining of that portion.
