Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydrating treatment method and system capable of rapidly and efficiently performing dehydration even if a clinker slurry is classified into a coarse particle slurry and a fine particle slurry and these slurries are dehydrated by the same dehydrator, rapidly cooling a filtrate after a solid phase component is removed by the dehydrator by a heat exchanger so as not to generate adverse effect in a succeeding treatment process and increasing a dehydration speed to enhance dehydration treatment capacity. SOLUTION: In a clinker slurry dehydrating treatment method, the clinker slurry charged in a dehydrator 6 is separated into a coarse particle slurry and a fine particle slurry and the coarse particle slurry is previously charged in the dehydrator 6 and the fine particle slurry is subsequently charged therein so as to provide a time lag while the filtrate generated after a solid phase component is removed in the dehydrator 6 is cooled by a heat exchanger 9 and, further, difference in level is provided to a dehydrating cake bed to increase a filtering surface area or the dehydrating cake bed is made different in thickness to provide thin-walled bed portions to increase a dehydration speed.
