Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin laminated metal panel excellent in impact resistance. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin laminated metal panel excellent in impact resistance is constituted by providing a thermoplastic resin film, of which the impact strength value at a time of non-heat treatment, after heat treatment at 220 deg.C for 10 min and after retort treatment at 120 deg.C for 30 min is 4.0 g.cm/ thickness μm or higher, on the surface of a metal panel of which the surface becoming the inner surface of a container has surface roughness Ra of 0.7 μm or less. The surface roughness Ra of the thermoplastic resin film is pref. 0.20 μm or less and a thermoplastic resin is based on a polyester compsn.
