Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately adjust work reaction acting on an offset cylinder by arranging a coupling portion of the offset cylinder to the rear of the tip side of a lower boom. SOLUTION: By an offset cylinder 38 provided between a lower boom 8 and an upper boom 15, an arm stay 22, arm 22, bucket or the like are rotated in right or left direction. Also, a cylinder attaching hole 36 is arranged with a separation distance D at the rear of a straight line A'-A' connecting a boom attaching hole 9 to a link attaching hole 35. When the upper boom 15 is at the left and right maximum rotation position, the ratio of the working reaction applied to the offset cylinder 38 is adjusted by the separation distance of the cylinder attaching hole 36. In this way, the cylinder diameter of the offset cylinder 38 can be made smaller.
