Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually make certain of both a slide lock operation for locking a slide side member to a back position and a lock release operation for releasing the slide lock, so as to improve reliability in the slide lock operation and the lock release operation. SOLUTION: This slide lock device has a striker 102 provided to a slide base 12; a hook member 106 provided to a fixed base 31, capable of locking the striker 102; and a lock release member 117 provided to a sector gear 6 on the rotation side, for releasing the lock of the hook member 106. When the slide base 12 is slid to a back position, the hook member 106 locks the striker 102. When an initial rotation of the sector gear 6 is performed, the lock release member 117 releases the lock of the hook member 106.
