Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which automatically adjusts the degrees of processing automation by switching a mode between automation processing and manual processing or automatically switching the automation level of an operation in a system performing an operation interactively with a user or automatically. SOLUTION: An automation level selecting part 10 automatically selects one automation level corresponding to the situation of that time among plural selectable automation levels (level selection frame 11) based on situation decision, performance inference, the detection of user response or records of user's past operations. A different level processing control part 2 carries out preliminarily defined processing in accordance with the automation level selected by the part 10.
