Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expose no head portion of a mounting fitting to the outside by maintaining a cap to a closed state even when an excess load is applied to the cap from the outside. SOLUTION: A cap 3 becomes a closed state when a cap side engaging portion 9 is engaged with a grip body side engaging portion 7 to cover a head portion 8a of a mounting fitting 8. An integral hinge 4 is formed between a chassis mounting portion 6 and the cap 3 and turnably retains the cap 3. A disengagement-preventing means 11 is constituted by an engaging claw portion 13 provided on the cap 3 side and an engaging concave portion 12 provided on the chassis mounting portion 6 side and the engaging claw portion 13 and the engaging concave portion 12 are engaged each other at the time of closing the cap 3. The disengagement-preventing means 11 maintains the cap 3 to a closed state even when an engagement of the cap side engaging portion 9 with the grip body side engaging portion is released by applying a load to a grip portion 5 and deforming the grip portion 5.
