Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily access actual data of a file, etc., and its management information with the folder constitution of an arbitrary hierarchical structure by providing the logical structure folder corresponding to ideal folder constitution in addition to the physical structure folder corresponding to actual folder constitution. SOLUTION: A hierarchical structure setting part 70 sets the hierarchical structure of a raw material file according to an operator's directions given by order-received articles and also sets the identification name of an order- received article, the identification name of the genre included in the article, and the identification name of a page included in each job. The hierarchical structure setting part 70 generates a folder having the identification name as a folder name in a file storage part 50 according to information showing a physical hierarchical structure like this. A file management part 60 manages information on logical structure folders corresponding to folder constitution by quires, by jobs, etc., in addition to physical structure folders by genres corresponding to the actual folder constitution.
