Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user possible to decide whether or not a key which is the user is selecting, is the one which the user was going to select by providing a feedback means and a key having an echo state and a register state. SOLUTION: When a key is put in an echo state, identification information of the key is transmitted to a CPU. The CPU can give feedback for identifying a selected key to a user by transmitting the identification information for the key either to a microphone or a speaker or both of them. When a key 202 is depressed, the key 202 comes into contact with an echo contact point 212 and transmits a logic 1 to the CPU through a signal line 232. The CPU transmits the identification information of a key 206 to both the speaker and the display or either of them. The key 202 successively comes into contact with a register contact point 222, transmits the logic 1 to the CPU through a signal line 242 and instructs the CPU so that the key 202 is registered by the CPU.
