Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exchange a cylinder sleeve by detachably fixing the cylinder sleeve to a cylinder fixing member in a cylindrical hollow of the cylinder fixing member, forming it of a material harder than the cylinder fixing member, and inserting the cylinder sleeve for partitioning the cylinder internal circumferential face. SOLUTION: A columnar recess 19 is formed toward the center from the end faces of both sides of a yoke 5, a conduit 2 communicating the bottom of the recess 19 with the sides of a case 1 is formed, and a cylindrical cylinder sleeve 20 is inserted in the recess 19. The cylinder sleeve 20 is fixed to a yoke 5 with a fixing bolt 21 and defines the internal circumferential face of the cylinder. A piston 7 is inserted in the cylinder sleeve 20 so that the bottom of the recess 19, the internal circumferential face of the cylinder sleeve 20, and the edge of the piston 7 define a compression chamber 4. When an AC current is carried to a movable coil 16, the movable coil 16 receives the axial force in a magnetic field generated in the groove 3 so that the piston 7 can be reciprocated.
