PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a seat belt as a single one in an ordinary time and spreading the seat belt in width in case of an accident so as to secure safety of a body by forming bag-covered elastic bodies provided with side belts in both lateral ends of a elastic band body covered by a bag band extensible in the lateral direction and arranging a central belt above the bag-covered elastic bodies. SOLUTION: Left and right belt guiding and supporting bodies 7 are arranged on a parallel circumference part, and within a section between clamping projection parts 8, a center belt 9 with a width of this section is arranged. Then, using an elastic band part 10, a bag band 11 woven with a fabric member extensible in the lateral width direction is formed. The elastic band part 10 is inserted freely movably inside the bag band 11, and in the lateral both end parts of the elastic band part 10, the bag band 11 is fixed so as to form a bag-covered elastic band 12. In the lateral both end parts of the bag-covered elastic band 12, two widened side belts 13 with a width of an approximately half of the central belt 9 width are formed, and they are fixed so as to overlap the central belt 9 symmetrically in width. A composite belt, in which the central lower part of the central belt 9 and the central upper part of the bag-covered elastic band 12 are fixed, is formed.
