Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely push bolts against a cutting surface having cutters of a rotor by a pusher to cut them without letting the bolts go upward on cutting the cylindrical bolts. SOLUTION: In a cutting machine where a cutting chamber 2 to which a hopper 1 is attached in the upper part thereof is provided one side on a machine base 3, a polygonal prism like rotor 5 is horizontally disposed in a discharge port 4 of the cutting chamber 2, a lot of cutters 7 are fitted to the outer periphery of this rotor 5 so that parts of one end surfaces thereof form cutting edges 7a, a planar fixed blade 8 having a cutting edge 8a engaged with the cutting edge 7a of each cutter 7 is horizontally provided on the machine base 3, facing the discharge port 4, and a pusher 11 movable forwards and backwards for pushing material to be treated fed into the cutting chamber 2 against the rotor 5 is provided on the other side on the machine base 3, at the lower end of a hopper 1 near the rotor 5, a cover plate 19 for guiding the upper surface of the pusher 11 is installed, and on cutting the material to be treated, by the advance of the pusher 11, the cutting chamber 2 is made a closed space. |
