Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for work execution and prevent the ingress of rain water of the like into an air supply and exhaust opening by forming the air supply and exhaust opening long from side to side on the window formation part of an exterior wall, and communication the opening to an upper air supply and exhaust duct via a chamber. SOLUTION: An air supply and exhaust opening 10 is provided at a window formation part between the upper story and the lower story of the exterior wall 20 of a multistory building or the like. A shading plate 35 is provided at the air supply and exhaust port formation frame of a window frame 30. Also, an opening 10a long from side to side is formed like a slit and a chamber 40 is provided behind. This chamber 40 is approximately box type covering the part of the upper exterior wall 20 of the air supply exhaust opening 10 and the opening 10a. In addition, an opening is formed on the back part 43 of the chamber 40 and communicated to an air supply and exhaust duct 50. A flashing member may be laid at the connecting position of the chamber 40 and the air supply and exhaust duct 50. Also, the air supply and exhaust duct 50 is laid along a ceiling within ceiling plenum space. According to this construction, time for the construction of the air supply and exhaust port can be saved and a noise at an air exhaust process can be lessened. At the same time, the ingress of rainwater into the air supply and exhaust duct 50 can be prevented. |
