Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin laminated metal plate for a metal container excellent in high speed moldability, especially, punching properties. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin laminated metal plate excellent in high speed moldability is characterized by that a thermoplastic resin film of which the penetration depth measured at 200 deg.C by heat mechanical analysis is 12 μm or less is provided on the surface of a metal plate at least becoming the inner surface of a container. A thermoplastic resin is more desirably based on a polyester compsn.
