Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely match an oil cooler body to the axial line of a cooling introduction pipe for supporting by forming a plurality of projecting parts at the inner-surface side of a coolant introduction pipe and supporting the outer periphery of an oil cooler body at the tip surface of the projecting part at a different position in a circumferential direction, and fixing the support part in one piece by brazing. SOLUTION: In a double-pipe-type oil cooler body 4, an inner pipe 1 and an outer pipe 2 are arranged coaxially, both the end parts are fixed liquid- tightly, and at the same time one end of a pair of oil outlet/inlet pipes 3 is fed through the outer pipe 2 while being separated each other, and oil is circulated in an axial direction between the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 1. In a coolant introduction pipe 6, the oil cooler body 4 is furnished coaxially, a plurality of projecting parts 5 that are independent one another are bent at the inner surface side, the outer periphery of the outer pipe 2 is supported at a different position in a circumferential direction on the tip surface of the projecting parts 5, and at the same time the support part is fixed in one piece by brazing. Then, the pair of oil outlet/inlet pipes 3 is fed through the coolant introduction pipe 6.
