Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll-type fluid machine having a fluid passage within a crankshaft, wherein a pressure loss of a fluid can be reduced compared to a conventional example, requiring a small amount of man-hours for processing. SOLUTION: A discharging seal mechanism is provided in a discharging passage 4b formed in a crankshaft 4. The discharging seal mechanism has a cylindrical bush 1 having a through hole 1a; biasing means 3 for biasing the bush 1 from the other end face of the bush so that one end face of the bush 1 presses a movable scroll 7; and a seal ring 2 interposed between the other end face of the bush 1 and the biasing means 3 and abutting on the entire inner periphery of the fluid passage 4b.
