Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber particle showing easy flowability and easy fabricability by an easy process without requiring a pulverizing process by mixing an organic silicone compound having an alkoxy residual group with a suspension liquid of a particulate filling material, adding thereof to a rubber latex, adjusting pH to precipitate followed by separation, cleaning and drying of the precipitated material. SOLUTION: A suspension liquid of a fine particulate of an oxide or a silicate is mixed and stirred with a water-soluble salt of a metal belonging to IIa, IIb, IIIa and VIII groups in a periodical table and an organic silicone compound having at least one alkoxy group at 10-60 deg.C and the mixture is separated into 2 portions. The first portion is mixed with a rubber latex, a rubber emulsion or a rubber solution and pH of the mixture is adjusted to 6.0-4.5. Then pH is reduced to 4.5-2.6 and to the solution is added the second portion to precipitate the rubber component together with an organic silicone-modified compound. The precipitated solid is separated and washed and then pH is adjusted to 6-7 followed by drying to obtain a fine particulate rubber.
