Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the positioning of a gasket surely without employing any adhesive agent, in a plate, having the bottom of a gasket groove at the middle stage of the same. SOLUTION: A gasket 1 is provided with a stopper part 1b, projected to the outside of a gasket main body 1a, and the projected part 10 of the stopper part 1b is formed so as to be thick while the projected part 10 is engaged with a wavy part 2a and a trough part 21, which are formed on the peripheral rim part of a plate 2 at both sides in the direction of a gasket groove 2c to prevent the deviation of position of the gasket 1. The bottom surface of the gasket groove 2c is positioned at the substantially intermediate position between the crest part 20 and the trough part 21 of the wavy part 2a and the bottom level Bg of the gasket groove 2c is more shallow than the bottom level Br of the trough part 21.
