SOLUTION: This bleaching preparation contains (A) a glucoside [e.g. raspberry ketone-D-glucoside (α-body and β-body)] of the formula (R is a sugar residue selected from monosaccharide and disaccharide) and (B) a placenta extract (e.g. water-soluble placenta extract). Preferably, a formulation amount of the component A is 0.01-10.0 wt.%. preferably, a formulation amount of the component B is 0.01-30 wt.% in a total amount of the cosmetic. Preferably, further N-methyl-L-serine in an amount of 0.001-3 wt.% and water-soluble ascorbic acid derivative in an amount of 0.001-30 wt.%, respectively based on a total amount of the cosmetic are formulated. By the process, an excellent bleaching preparation can be provided.
