Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a deformation at a cooling plate or a mirror plate by forming to cool in the cooling plate with a refrigerant, and cooling the plate by lowering stepwise a temperature of the refrigerant passing to the cooling plate. SOLUTION: A temperature of a refrigerant to be supplied to a cooling plate 3 is lowered stepwise, and hence the temperature of the refrigerant to be supplied to the plate 3 immediately after starting cooling is not largely lower temperature than a heating temperature T, and the temperature of the plate 3 is not abruptly lowered immediately after starting cooling. Accordingly, the plate 3 brought into contact with the plate 3 by cooling the plate 3 is also cooled, but the temperatures of the plates 3, 2 are not abruptly cooled, and hence even when a difference of linear expansion coefficients of the aluminum and the steel occurs, a difference of the 1 of the plates 3 and 2 does not largely occur, and hence a deformation caused by the difference of size shrinkages of the plates 3 and 2 is prevented. Particularly, a deformation of the plate 3 made of the aluminum having a weak strength can be effectively prevented.
