SOLUTION: A handle section 120 molded integrally on a neck section 112 of a preform main body 110 is provided with a base section 122 extended horizontally from the neck section 112 to sideways, a hollow ring section 124 extended horizontally sideways further than the base section 122 and provided with a hollow area 125 on its center and a connecting section 126 formed from the base section 122 across the hollow area 125 of the hollow ring section 124 and connecting the side of a free end 124A of the hollow ring section 124 with the base section 122.
