Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a high quality display function even with high brightness by reducing the fluctuation of a potential of a grid electrode by forming a feedback circuit connected from the grid electrode, comparing a grid electrode potential with a potential of a reference voltage source for comparison, and reducing the difference between the grid electrode potential and that of the reference voltage source. SOLUTION: A feedback circuit 20 is formed by being connected from a grid electrode 10, and the grid voltage G is divided by the resisters R5, R6 in the feedback circuit 20, and this divided potential is fed back and inverse- inputted to an error amplifier 5. At the same time, the divided potential is compared with that of the reference voltage source 4 inputted to the error amplifier 5, and the difference between these potential is made small to drive and maintain so that the grid voltage G become constant. In such a manner, a display voltage Vdd2 is decreased in fluctuation, and voltage fluctuation caused by changes in a display pattern is decreased. And fluctuation in display brightness is also decreased, and an excellent display with high brightness is obtained. |
