PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-operate and safe sliding type closing lid device for an entrance in the horizontal floor face of an underground facility, being much lower in height than conventional-flooding preventive structures projected over the ground, and capable of being camouflaged by plantation. SOLUTION: An entrance side edge frame A and a lid side edge frame B are provided, respectively, at the entrance 1 of an underground facility and the peripheral edge of the lower surface of a lid 2, and water stop rubber 12 is provided at the fitting part of the lid side edge frame B. Inner guide rails 9, 9 are provided on both sides inside the entrance side edge frame A and outer guide rails 9', 9' are arranged on the extension lines of the inner guide rails 9, 9. Actuation shafts 3 each provided with both a retractable leg 5 having a roller 7 that runs on each guide rail and a turning lever 6 are pivotally attached to the inside of the lid 2 and have their ends projected outside of the lid side edge frame B and a turning tool mounting part 4 is formed at the projecting part of each end. A magnet 8 for locking the turning levers 6 when the lid 2 is slid is provided inside the lid 2.
