Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for greening a slope face which has no restriction in the executing season and makes it possible to green the slope face simultaneously with the executing work by spraying seeds on a base material filled in a greening case which can be laid on the slope face before greening of the slope face to grow grasses or trees in advance and laying the greening cases on the slope face when the slope face is greened. SOLUTION: Before a slope face 10 is greened, seeds are sprayed on a greening base material 13 filled in a greening case 14 to grow grasses 11 or trees 12 in advance. These greening cases 14 are laid on the slope face 10 and the bottom cover 18 of the greening case 14 is pulled out to drop the greening base material 13 onto the slope face 10 and integrally form the base material together with the slope face 10. Adjacent greening cases 14, 14 are connected to each other by guides and a rope 15 arranged on the greening case 14 is fixed to a hook 16, and all greening cases 14, 14 are laid in a pressing manner. In this time, since grasses 11 and trees 12 grow already, beautiful green can be obtained immediately and after some extent of time, natural afforestation can be realized.
