Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent industrial wastes from developing after a wall material unit pack of a plate-shaped wall surface member having irregularities on the surface has been attached. SOLUTION: A plurality of plate-shaped wall surface members 21 arranged to form a plane at both sides of a joint or a temporary joint 22 and provided with irregularities on the surface are integrally united while precast concrete layers 24 are connected at the rear face side, and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-based hot melt adhesive layer 23 is adhered and laminated on the front face side, to unitize and pack the wall material as a PC panel. In this case, an effect equal to conventional unit packs having a smooth wall surface member can be obtained in the execution and transportation. The EVA-based hot melt adhesive utilized can be recycled with little expence and industrial wastes are generated. Hence, it is quite favorable frow environmental and economical views.
