Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inner material having the stabilized and long-durable effect of a Chinese medicine by attaching Chinese medicine-containing microcapsules. SOLUTION: Slow-releasing microcapsules consisting of a gelatinous resin layer containing a Chinese medicine and a shell layer coating the gelatinous resin layer are attached on an inner material made of an elastic fiber with a binder resin. Examples of the elastic fiber of the present invention include elastic yarns made of elastomers such as a polyurethane, a synthetic rubber, a natural rubber, a polyester, a polyvinyl chloride and a polyvinyl acetate, composite yarns containing one or more elastic polymers mentioned above, and the like. A polyurethane elastic yarn, a synthetic rubber, a natural rubber, a polyester elastic yarn, a composite yarn containing a polyurethane and a composite yarn containing a polyester elastomer are especially preferable.
