SOLUTION: This plant surveillance operation device in a plant having a plurality of units is constituted of a network 9 connecting process computers 6a and 6b performing surveillance operation of each reactor power plants 1a and 1b and a server computer 7 connected to each process computer 6a and 6b via the network 9 and having software 5 for plant surveillance operation functions common to each plant. It also executes the software 5 for plant surveillance operation functions installed in the server computer 7 by calling up to process computers 6a and 6b of each plant.
