Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily take out and in chairs for a necessary number of people by winding a carpet when chairs are necessary, drawing the housed chairs to the upper floors for use, pulling up and returning the seats to the original form after use, lowering the chairs to the lower floor, and extending the carpet to the original form. SOLUTION: A board is managed every group of the first group, the second group and third group as occasion demands. In case of a small number of people, only the first group is UP to raise the chairs neatly on the hall floor, and DOWN to lower the chairs to the ground floor after use when the hall is OK. The chairs are sectionally managed by designating a certain number of a certain group according to this method. A carpet is usually laid, and when chairs are necessary, the carpet is wound on one side by a carpet winding device to expose an easy chair outlet port, and the housed chairs are raised to the upper floor. When a sitting person presses a handle situated on the upper end of the chair, the seal is fallen forward, and the person sits therein in this state. After use, the seat is pulled up and returned to the original state.
