Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp lowering state of voltage applied to electromagnetic operating means. SOLUTION: An apparatus 37 for inputting weaving conditions inputs and sets weaving conditions such as rotating rate of a loom, weft density and weaving width into a loom control computer C. The loom control computer C determines each magnetization and demagnetization timing of an electromagnetic solenoid 12, electromagnetic opening and closing valves 20-25 and an electromagnetic cutter 31 based on inputted information of weaving conditions. A display apparatus 33 is signally connected to the loom control computer C. The display apparatus 33 operates and displays magnetization numbers among the electromagnetic solenoid 12, electromagnetic opening and closing valves 20-25 and an electromagnetic cutter 31 during one revolution of loom based on information of each magnetization and demagnetization timing of electromagnetic solenoid 12, electromagnetic opening and closing valves 20-25 and the electromagnetic cutter 31 determined by the loom control computer C.
