Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the substantial deformation of a lid leg or a longitudinal wall at the time of the development of a bag body. SOLUTION: In this on-vehicle air bag device, lid mounting hooks 15 and 16 formed on an air bag module 17 are locked with legs 12 and 13 positioned at the front and rear sides of a lid 11, and the air bag module 17 is inserted along a guide wall 5 from an opening 4 formed on an instrument panel 3. At the same time, the lid 11 is locked with the opening 4. In this case, a rib 40 projected toward the guide wall 5 is formed on the legs 12 and 13 of the lid 11. |
