Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial deodorizing photocatalyst type filter large in antibacterial deodorizing effect, not lowered in its capacity even in repeating use and usable permanently and stably. SOLUTION: An antibacterial deodorizing particle material wherein metal silver or copper particles are dispersed in and bonded to anatase type titanium oxide particles is dispersed and suspended in an inorg. alkoxide solvent to be applied to the surface of a filter base material and the antibacterial deodorizing particle material is dispersed and supported on the surface of a filter base material by the alcohol removing and dehydrative polymn. of the inorg. alkoxide solvent at the ambient temp. to form an antibacterial deodorizing photocatalyst type filter.
