Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively apply an electric current or drive to an electrode for giving a current-applying stimulation to the sole or a moving body and giving a vibrating stimulation to the sole so as to separately generate the vibrating stimulation and current-applying stimultion without any increase in size and complication of a main body by detecting an operation signal from a remote controller to be transmitted to a control means. SOLUTION: Plural through holes 30 are bored in a swollen part 20a formed in the upper part 21 of the main body 20, and an electrode 40 for current-applying stimulation is stuck not to seal the bores. A pair of moving bodies 50 having a pin 51 formed on the tip part are passed through the through holes 30 to be extended from the interior of the main body 20 to the surface, and moved up and down by a motor. The vertical motion of the moving bodies 50 caused by the drive of a motor and the current application to the electrode 40 are selectively performed by a control device. That is, when a switch of a remote controller 90 is pressed to select a desired condition, an infrared ray signal emitted from a light emitting part 91 is detected by a photo detecting part 26 of a display part 25, and the motor is driven by the control device to vertially move the moving bodies 50 or apply a low frequency pulse to the electrode 40.
