Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical clutch which has a large torque capacity and which can prevent components from sticking to one another when the clutch is released, without having an excessive strength around the device. SOLUTION: A housing 50 is fixed to an output shaft 60. When fluid is charged into a tube 53, a piston is pressed rightward so as to fasten the clutch, and when the fluid is discharged from the tube, the piston is pressed back leftward by a spring 42. At this stage, the leftward movement of a torque transmitting part 23 is limited by a snap ring 22, thereby it is possible to prevent the members from sticking to each other. |
