Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-accumulating apparatus for hot-water supply having stable heat-accumulating and releasing characteristics, light weight and high freedom of the apparatus shape, requiring narrow installation space and having excellent heat-accumulating and releasing capacity. SOLUTION: This heat-accumulation apparatus performs the heat-exchange between a heat-accumulation material and a thermal medium through a heat- conductive wall. A latent heat-accumulation composition having a melting point of 70-200 deg.C is used as the heat-accumulation material and the overall heat transfer coefficient is 1-1,000 kcal/m2h deg.C when the outlet temperature of the thermal medium is >=40 deg.C in heat-releasing stage. Preferably, the thermal medium is water and the heat-accumulation material contains meso-erythritol. |
