PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle a powdery and granular (bulk) material by separating and recovering the bulk material in an extracted air extracted from transportation gas by a bulk body rough separator installed on the way to the transportation conduit. SOLUTION: When a powdery and granular (bulk) material taken out from a gas transportation pressure tank 4 is transported to a bulk body utilization target via a transportation conduit 6 by transportation gas 7, it is separated into extracted gas 9 having low-concentration bulk body content and a transportation gas 7 of high-concentration bulk body content by a bulk body rough separator 8 installed on the way to the transportation conduit, the extracted gas 9 is introduced to a bag filter 12 via a bulk body storage hopper 1, dust is completely removed from the bulk body in the extracted gas 9, and the bulk body is recovered in the bulk body storage hopper 1 to be recyclingly used.
