Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a bubble inside a mold article, a bubble mark and a flow pattern of a melt fluid on a mold article surface arising from a fast injection accompanying a quick solidification by making a mold inner surface temperature at the one exceeding a metal solidification point at a time at least when the mold inside is fulfilled with the melting fluid of the molding metal. SOLUTION: A mold inner surface temperature is preferably set at a melting point of the molding metal or higher at least when the mold inside is fully occupied with the mold metal melting fluid. When a temperature condition like this is satisfied, a melt fluid fluidity can be maintained until the melt fluid occupies inside the mold, and a melt fluid can be surely fulfilled inside the mold, without carrying out a fast melt injection which tends to generate a bubble, so that generation of flow patterns can be prevented. Also, even when a bubble is generated by hugging a gas into the melt fluid during flowing, de-bubbling is easy. At this time, it is preferable that the melt fluid is injected into a preheated mold, and a mold heating is preferable to be carried out by a high frequency induction heating. |
