Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the sound volume of music, etc., by a factor other than the vehicle speed by lowering the sound volume of the audio device in the case of a previously set specific time zone threshold once a sensor detects at least one of the doors, window, sunroof, and hatchback being opened. SOLUTION: According to a radio wave received by a GPS antenna 24 from a GPS satellite 40, a control part 21 detects the position of its vehicle to judge whether or not its vehicle is present in a housing area according to the detected vehicle position and map information stored on a CD-ROM 23. A control part 11 and a sound volume control circuit 13 lowers the sound volume of the audio device 100 when sensors 32 and 33 detect the vehicle position being specific and a door or window being opened. In this case, the sound volume is lowered on condition that the current time is within a specific time zone threshold, or that the vehicle is at a specific position on a residential street, and further that a door, etc., are opened.
