Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably open a package along perforations by reliably and sufficiently forming a notch on the front/rear ends of the perforations, by making an inclination of the taper surface different between the cutter body side and the cutting edge side, and forming a cutting edge side inclination larger than a cutter body side inclination. SOLUTION: An inclination α of the taper surface 13 continuing with a cutting edge 14 formed as symmetrical both side surfaces of a cutting edge 11, is formed so as to become larger than an inclination β of the cutting edge base part 12 side taper surface 17 formed on the cutter body side of the edge 11. It is better to properly select the inclination α by a blade width and an interval of the cutting edge 14, material and thickness of a workpiece and a diemsion of the cutting edge 14 and a groove inside cutting edge 15. It is better to set the inclination α of the cutting edge 14 side taper surface 13 to about 40 degrees to form perforations at the normal temperature by such an edge 11. When the inclination αis smaller than this, a sufficient notch is not formed on the front/rear ends of the perforations, and to the contrary, when the inclination α is large, an edge angle of the cutting edge 14 becomes an obtuse angle, so that the perforations are hardly formed.
