Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging method to force a brass stock having an uneven part in one forging with the necessary minimum pressure with excellent accuracy, a forging device and a brass water-discharge appliance having uneven parts. SOLUTION: A brass water-discharge appliance is provided with a fitting part 4, a flange part 5, a stepped fitting part 6, and an uneven part extending downwardly from a lower end of the stepped fitting part 6. In the first forging stage, the swaging of parts other than the uneven part is completed, and the uneven part is formed continuous thereto by a die pin 13 and an upper inner punch 21.
