Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating resin composition which forms a coating film on an outdoor article being apt to be marked by rain to make the article proof against rain flow marks for a long term by using a composition comprising a fluororesin, a higher oligomer of a tetrafunctional hydrolyzable silane compound and a blocked acid in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This composition contains 100 pts.wt. fluororesin, 0.1-100 pts.wt. higher oligomer of a tetrafunctional hydrolyzable silane compound, and 0.0001-100 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. higher oligomer, blocked acid. The fluororesin used is desirably a functional-group fluororesin. The functional groups are desirably groups capable of a crosslinking reaction with a curing agent, especially, hydroxyl groups. The curing agent used with a hydroxyl-containing fluororesin is an isocyanate curing agent or an aminoplast curing agent. The tetrafunctional hydrolyzable silane compound is desirably a tetraalkoxysilane. The blocked acid is an acid blocked with a vinyl ether or an amine.
