Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the surround effect even behind a rear speaker. SOLUTION: Input audio signals FC-LS and FC-RS are transmitted through selectors 2, 3 and summed or subtracted with each other. A sum signal or a difference signal of the audio signals FC-LS and FC-RS is delayed by a delay circuit 7 and the delayed signal is added respectively to the audio signals FC-LS and FC-RS at adder circuits 9, 10. The audio signal LS, RS from the adder circuits 9, 10 are signals summing the delayed signal FC-LC and FC-RS to the audio signals FC-LS and FC-RS.
