Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor and execute a roofing work even in a light rainfall without generating building waste by forming the upper layer with glass fiber reinforced plastic to make a waterproof layer and forming ventilation holes opened at the four peripheral side edges in a heat insulating layer composed of intermediate and lower layers made of rigid and flexible foamed polystyrene. SOLUTION: The upper layer is formed of glass fiber reinforced plastic 2 to make a waterproof layer, and protrusive ribs 2a having a V-shaped section are longitudinally and laterally provided toward the intermediate heat insulating layer, at the lower end face. A drainage slope is formed on the whole surface from the central part to the four peripheral side edges, and the four peripheral side edges 1a are formed to have a stage lowered by one step. Heat insulating layers are formed with the intermediate layer made of rigid foamed polystyrene 4 and the lower layer made of flexible foamed polystyrene 5. A plurality of ventilation holes 6 having a rectangular section are formed to penetrate into the respective opposite side edges from the four peripheral side edges, at the part corresponding to the lower end of the intermediate layer. A square tabular heat insulating waterproof board 1 is laid to cover an existing waterproof layer at the frame body roof face.
