Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open clip without breaking a Hook-and-Loop fastener even if the clip is used under a low temperature, and moisture invaded between joining parts is frozen, in the clip in which the Hook-and-Loop fastener is utilized. SOLUTION: A clip is constituted by two clip pieces detachably engaged with each other by being brought into pressure contact engaging surfaces provided with engaging structure parts 63, 83 with each other. Generally, engaging force of both engaging surfaces are raised in association with reduction of a temperature. One clip piece consists of a clip piece main body 50 and an engaging part 60 which is detachably held to/from the main body and which is provided with the engaging surface. Holding force for holding the engaging part by the chip piece main body 50 is set to so constitution that the holding force is set larger than engaging force of both engaging surfaces under a temperature higher than a prescribed temperature before engaging force of both engaging surfaces attains a breaking load of the engaging structure part, and the holding force is set smaller than engaging force of both engaging surfaces when the temperature is reduced lower than the prescribed temperature.
