PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fear such as the breaking of a strap of a paper bag and the tear of the paper bag even when many articles are placed in the paper bag by a method wherein the straps and adjusters to adjust the lengths of the straps are provided on a supporting base, and a hook-and-loop tape is provided at an optional contact point at the upper part of the strap, and an anti-slip sheet is arranged on the supporting base. SOLUTION: A strap 2 is provided on a supporting base 1, and in addition, an adjuster 3 in order to adjust the length of the strap 2 is provided, and a hook-and-loop tape 4 is provided at an optional contact point at the upper part of the strap, and at the same time, an anti-slip sheet 5 is arranged on the supporting base 1, and thus, the reinforcing straps for a paper bag are made. At the time of usage, the straps 2 are spread to the right and the left of the supporting base 1, and a paper bag 6 is placed on the supporting base 1, and the lengths of the straps 2 are adjusted to the height of straps 7 of the paper bag by using the adjusters 3, and the straps are held together. By such an operation, a burden of the paper bag 6 for a weight can be reduced. Also, by providing the anti-slip sheet 5 on the supporting base 1, the bag 6 can be prevented from slipping down when the bag 6 is placed on a seat or the like, and hand is removed from the bag 6.
