Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a variable resistor and to facilitate the rotational adjustment of the variable resistor. SOLUTION: As a variable resistor 144, one having only a resistor body without a case is used. The variable resistor 144 is adjusted from an adjusting hole 15a formed in a cover 15. The adjusting hole 15a is provided with a wall part 15c oriented from an opening part 15b toward the resistor 144 and a seating part 15d at an end of the wall part 15c. A graduation 15f is formed at a corner part between the wall part 15c and the seating part 15d. Because the variable resistor 144, and since the graduation 15f are close to each other, the rotational adjustment of the variable resistor 144 is easy.
