Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a general user from getting on an elevator for specified person in error by informing an elevator user on standby at the floor of an elevator hall for the specified person of an elevator for the specified person. SOLUTION: It is determined whether an operation mode is standby at the floor of an elevator hall for specified persons or not (G10), and if not, it advances to G30. A signal for informing that it is the elevator for the specified persons is output to give a voice information or informative indication to a car (G20). For example, when an elevator user is about to get on the elevator for the specified person while the elevator for the specified persons is on standby at the elevator hall for the specified persons, it is announced that it is the elevator for the specified persons. At this time, in the case where a general user other than the specified persons is about to get on the elevator, it is known that the elevator is the elevator for the specified persons, so the general user will use another elevator.
