Summary:The subject of this invention is an incinerator for solid waste with self-sustaining combustion, composed of a form preferably cylindrical and vertical topped by a dome of a spherical or similar shape.The abovementioned parts are separated by a rotating grille on which the combustion of refuse takes place, which, first deposited on a device with a concave rotating ring, are then unloaded for combustion onto the said grille via a suitable scraping blade.The incinerator is ideal for the combustion of solid waste with adequate calorific power (for example solid urban waste or similar) according to a process which, once activated, does not require external heat contribution to be maintained.
