The composition is produced by formulating apovincamine ethyl ester or one of its physiologically tolerated salts, where appropriate together with other pharmacologically active compounds, to give medicinal products using pharmaceutically suitable vehicles and/or ancillary substances. The composition can be used for the treatment of psoriasis or other skin disorders associated with pathological proliferation of cells.
