Summary:A homogenizing device (1) for preparing product samples for laboratory analyses includes a container (2), into which the product sample to be homogenized can be delivered, a blade unit (3), intended to perform homogenization of the product delivered to the container, a lid (7; 7a) that is suitable for closing the container (2) and a motor (15) the drive shaft of which can be connected to the blade unit (3), to rotate the blade unit 3; the homogenizing device (1) further includes a dispensing element (4), intended to dispense outside the container (2) said product, after it has been homogenized; wherein the dispensing element (4) is rotated by a second motor (15a); wherein the dispensing element (4) includes a feed screw (11) configured to push said product through a dispensing conduit (8; 8a) of the homogenizing device (1).
